2. Registration and Accounts
To use certain Services, you must create an account on Ring Bell. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information at all times.
Age requirements: You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Ring Bell.
Account responsibility: You must not share your account or transfer it to third parties.
3. Relationship Between Guests and Hosts
Ring Bell acts as an intermediary between Guests and Hosts. We are not owners, operators, or providers of the accommodations and services listed on the platform. The contractual relationship for booking an accommodation or service is established directly between the Guest and the Host.
Host responsibility: Hosts are responsible for ensuring their listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Guest responsibility: Guests must carefully review the details of the accommodation or service before making a booking.
4. Payment Policy
Ring Bell offers a secure payment processing system. Guests pay through the platform, and the funds are released to the Host once the service has been successfully completed.
Accepted payment methods: Credit/debit cards and other payment methods available in your region.
Service fees: Ring Bell may charge a service fee for the use of the platform, which will be included in the total booking price.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
The cancellation policy for each booking depends on the conditions set by the Host in their listing. Hosts can choose flexible, moderate, or strict cancellation policies, which will be detailed in each booking. For more information, refer to the return policy.
Cancellation by Guest: In the event of a cancellation, the refund policies will apply according to the selected cancellation mode.
Cancellation by Host: In exceptional cases, Hosts may cancel a booking. If this happens, Ring Bell will assist the Guest in finding a reasonable alternative or will issue a full refund.
6. Acceptable Use of the Platform
You agree to use Ring Bell in compliance with applicable local, national, and international laws and not to:
Post misleading, false, or inaccurate content.
Use the platform for unauthorized commercial activities.
Engage in discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior toward other users.
7. Modifications to Services and Terms
Ring Bell reserves the right to modify or discontinue our Services at any time, with or without prior notice. We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use. The changes will take effect on the date of their publication, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically. If you continue using the platform after the changes, it will be deemed that you accept the modifications.
8. Liability and Limitations – Ring Bell is not responsible for:
Direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform.
Breaches by Hosts or Guests.
The accuracy or quality of the accommodations and services listed.
In no event will our liability exceed the total amount you have paid to Ring Bell during the 12 months prior to the claim.
9. Intellectual Property
The content of Ring Bell, including texts, images, logos, trademarks, graphics, and software, is protected by copyright, trademarks, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without our express permission.
10. Confidentiality and Privacy

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of Chile, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes related to the use of the platform will be resolved in the competent courts of Santiago, Chile.
